Products

Our products are subject to availability. Pictures provided on our website are intended to serve as guides. The final product may not be exactly the same as the pictures.

In case we are unable to provide your chosen item, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent value and/or quality without notice.

 

Certain flower and plant products may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life.

Prices

Prices listed are valid for a maximum of 14 days from the date of submitting your order.

 

Prices include VAT for deliveries in Malta and Gozo.

We reserve the right to offer discounted prices for our products exclusively when purchased through our website, and such discounts may vary at our discretion.

 

Prices for wedding flowers are available on request.

Delivery policy

We offer a delivery service to all areas in Malta and Gozo. Delivery to Gozo is available during weekdays only and order must be placed in advance. We do not deliver to any other location outside Malta and Gozo.

The delivery charge is applicable per delivery address and date. The delivery of multiple items to different addresses and/or on different dates are charged for each different delivery address and date.

Orders are delivered on the day you indicate when placing the order between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. For deliveries to Mater Dei Hospital, in general they are scheduled for the afternoon.

For reasons beyond our control, we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific delivery time. If you indicate a minimum of 3-hour timeframe in your order, we will do our best to comply with your request but we cannot be bound in any way to honour such a request.

Items can be delivered on the same day if the order is placed before 2 pm. Please allow a minimum window of 6 hours for deliveries on normal working days; orders on special occasions such as Valentine's Day, Women's Day, Mother's Day, etc. require a longer preparation timeframe. Same day deliveries are not possible on Sundays and public holidays. Same day deliveries are not possible to Gozo.

In order to avoid delivery problems or delays, please ensure that you include the correct name and delivery details (full and correct address of the intended recipient) when you place your order. Please include the contact number of the person receiving the flowers. Make sure to include the country code if the contact number is not Maltese. In addition to the recipient's number, you may also provide your contact number so that we may contact you in case of delivery problems.

We reserve the right to contact the recipient using the contact details you provide in your order to organise the delivery. If the recipient is not home, we will attempt to deliver to a neighbour or leave the item in front of the recipient's door. If you request delivery to a different address, you will be charged an additional delivery charge.

Cancellation policy

Orders may be amended or cancelled up to 48 hours before the intended delivery date/time.

Data Processing

We collect personal data which is used to process your order. All the data provided by you is used for the supply and delivery of the purchased items and/or services provided. The data processed will be retained until not more than necessary. Please use the contact information below in case you wish to update or otherwise amend the data.

We may disclose such personal data only if we are required and permitted to do so by law, in accordance with the Data Protection Act. Upon order confirmation you are expressly authorising the data processing and disclosure, if necessary, of the data provided if we are required by law to do so.
